These Terms of Service (hereinafter "these Terms") form an agreement between users and Restock (hereinafter "we" or "our") regarding the use of our mobile application "Restock" (hereinafter "the App"). By using the App, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
These Terms form the agreement between our company and users regarding the use of the App.
By downloading or using the App, users are deemed to have agreed to all provisions of these Terms.
Important: The App is provided for free and may be automatically updated without prior notice. Updated terms are deemed to be accepted upon updating the App.
The App is a tool to assist with inventory management of daily essentials and shopping list creation. Main features are as follows.
Users must use the App in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms, and for lawful purposes only.
Following acts are prohibited.
If we determine that user has violated these Terms or laws, we may take following measures.
We grant users following non-exclusive and non-transferable license regarding the App and related content.

Note: The App's source code may be open source. In that case, use under open source license is permitted.
The basic features of the App are provided for free. No monthly fees or usage charges are incurred for using basic features.
The App does not currently provide paid features (billing, IAP). If paid features are added in the future, we will update these Terms and notify users in advance.
Future Changes: If paid features are added, we will separately define fees, payment methods, cancellation, and refund policies, and notify users.
All information collected in the App is stored in local storage (AsyncStorage) on user's device. Data is not uploaded to cloud servers or stored on our servers.
Since the App does not provide cloud synchronization, users are responsible for backing up their data. If data is deleted due to device loss, replacement, or app reinstallation, we cannot restore the data.
For details on data handling, please refer to Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.
The App and its services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
We are not liable for any damages (including indirect damages) arising in connection with the use of the App or this service, except in following cases.
Exception: Under the Consumer Contract Act of Japan, the maximum amount of our liability for damages arising in connection with the App, excluding cases where we or our agent have acted with intent or gross negligence, is the total amount of usage fees paid by the user for this service within the past three months (if the relevant amount is less than 1,000 JPY, then 1,000 JPY).
These Terms and the App are interpreted and applied in accordance with Japanese law.
Disputes related to the App shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Chiba District Court.
We have the right to change these Terms without prior notice.
If we change these Terms, we will notify the purpose via the App or our website.
Continued use of the App after changes is deemed as acceptance of the revised Terms. If user does not wish to accept changes, user can stop using the App by uninstalling it.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision is deemed to be void, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Users may not transfer or assign their rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party without our prior written consent.
These Terms are effective as of March 6, 2026.
